MU Failed to Win, Solskjaer Complains Weather at Club Brugge Headquarters

Manchester United (MU) was forced to draw with Club Brugge in the first leg of the round of 32 Europa League 2019/20 on Friday (2/21/2020) early morning hrs. Visited Jan Breydel Stadium, Manchester United only drew 1-1.
The match was clearly not easy for the Red Devils. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer slightly overhauled the squad by lowering the formation 3-4-2-1. This change is a bit risky, especially in the first round.
Evidently, MU players had difficulty at the beginning of the match and finally conceded first. Luckily Anthony Martial was able to equalize in the 36th minute, which at least saved Manchester United's pride.
Manchester United's problems again appear in this match. They can't do the transition well when attacking and look careless when defending. Solskjaer knew his team did not perform optimally, but he felt the external influence was also great.
"This match became tough against a team that played very neatly in difficult conditions. So I'm not sure this is the best match ever," Solskjaer told Metro.
"We are a bit careless, but the conditions on the field and the condition of the ball make it more difficult. I think if you ask any player, the two problems clearly do not help," continued the MU managerSolskjaer complained about the new ball used by UEFA once it entered the fall phase of the Europa League this season.
He was sure that not only MU found it difficult to control the ball which he said was too wild and easily bounced.
"The ball is different and difficult to play. Try it," Solskjaer said.
"Of course the problem is the same for both teams, but this condition is not good, this wind and rain. However, both teams scored strange goals. So both teams did not concentrate enough," he concluded.
Solskjaer may be blaming the ball for making Manchester United difficult to play, but Club Brugge's coach, Philippe Clement, disagrees with his opponent.
"We got the ball from UEFA, so it's not our ball. The same ball is used in other Europa League matches, so I don't see any problems," said Clement.
