An away match against AC Milan, with Brescia 16 years ago, marked the end of Baggio's journey in the highest league in Italy.

The match at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza - San Siro was the last match of Il Divin Codino in Serie A. The Rossoneri, which he had strengthened in the 1995-1997 period, were his last opponents.

Baggio scored a total of 205 goals in 452 appearances in Serie A between the 1985/86 and 2003/04 seasons. He did it with six different clubs.

The six clubs are Fiorentina, Juventus, AC Milan, Bologna, Inter Milan and Brescia.

Baggio won two Scudetto Serie A, the 1994/95 season with Juventus and 1995/96 with Milan. He also won the Ballon d'Or 1993 when he was a Juventus player.
