Biography and the life story of Robert Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski, also known as Lewy, was born on August 21, 1988 in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Lewy was born to the pair Krzysztof Lewandowski and Iwona Lewandowski.

He came from a family that embraced Catholicism and spent his childhood in the Leszno region, Western Poland.

Lewandowski was born as an athlete. His father is a professional footballer and judo athlete. But his father had passed away in 2005. While his mother, was a female volleyball player who had played at the Academic Sports Association 'Warsaw'. Thanks to the lineage of his parents, it's no wonder now that lewandowsi is an athlete.

Lewy has a sister named Milena. Milena is a professional volleyball athlete and on several occasions he also played soccer.

Please note that Lewandowski has German blood coming from the phenomenal leader, Adolf Hitler. Lewandowski is the grandson of Hitler's youngest brother, Pawla Hitler, he died in 1960.

Since childhood, Lewandowski has been interested in sports. He also had a chance to try several games before finally making choices on football.

Starting a career playing ball ...

Little Lewy started his football career at MKS Varsovia Warsaw since 1997, where he practiced for about seven years there. Then despite his young age, in order to reduce his mother's financial burden, Lewy decided to leave the house to go with his sister to the City. There he played for the Delta Warsaw soccer club and got some money in return.

Playing at the club he was able to play well and he grew, then his greatness was discovered by the Legia Warsaw club talent scouts. He then played for legia warsawa II for one season in 2005/06.

The following season he played for Znicz Pruszków. He continued to play well until he became the top scorer in the Polish third division in the 2006/07 season and brought his club to the championship. In the following season, Lewandowski managed to become the Polish second division top scorer with 21 goals.

Join Lech Poznan ...

2008 was a proud year for him. In addition to debuting with the senior Polish team, he also officially joined Lech Poznan for a transfer fee of around 1.5 million euros. Joining Lech Poznan marked the successful career of this Polish man.

Because of his sharpness, Lewandowski was named Poland's best player. He ended the season with a score of 22 goals and 6 assists.

Married to Anna ...

In addition to the series of glorious achievements, Lewandowski also found his idol woman, Anna Lewandowska. Anna is a karate athlete who graduated from Warsaw Sports Academy. Both were married in 2013. But only blessed with children in October 2013 named Klara Lewandowska.
